Studied history and German literature in Tübingen, Sackville (Canada) and Berlin, graduated in 2002/2003, worked on a PhD about the customers of the Commerzbank, entered the archival traineeship with the Bundesarchiv in 2006 and has been responsible for its efforts to document the persecution of Jews in Germany during the Nazi-period for the last five years.
