Dana Porath, Director of the Internet Department of Yad Vashem, was a Judaic Studies instructor and education specialist for fifteen years in North America before moving to Israel. Dana was appointed the first Content Manager of the Yad Vashem website in 1999. Under her direction, Yad Vashem has expanded its internet activities to include comprehensive websites in Hebrew, English, Arabic, Spanish, Farsi, Russian and German. The Internet Department is also responsible for Yad Vashem's Social Media presence including: 7 Youtube Channels, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Googleplus
