Adam Gellert is a jurist and a researcher on the history of the Holocaust in Hungary. He received his Master’s degree in international law from the University of Amsterdam (UvA). He has been an expert in several Hungarian war crimes cases. His book on the 1942 South-Bačka massacres is to be published in 2014. During his EHRI fellowship, he conducted research on the 1941 deportation and massacre of Hungarian Jews in and around Kamenets-Podolsk.
