EHRI Short Films
Several short videos have been made to illustrate the work of the European Holocaust Research Infrastructure. In a few minutes or less they explain our mission or a service., such as the EHRI Portal or our EHRI Conny Kristel Fellowship Programme.

2019: EHRI’s Human Network
In this short video the European Holocaust Research Infrastructure (EHRI) presents its human network, which plays a vital role in the success of the project, next to the digital infrastructure. This video premiered at the EHRI Conference Holocaust Studies in its Social Setting on 3 July 2019 in Amsterdam.
2017: Introduction to the EHRI Portal
This short video introduces the EHRI Portal and is part of the EHRI Portal Manual.
2017: Research and Remembrance: a short film explaining EHRI (updated version)
This short film was first shown during the launch event of the EHRI project (first phase) in Brussels on 16 November 2010. It was updated in 2017 and presented to members of the European Parliament during a breakfast meeting on 25 February 2017. The film gives a good first introduction to EHRI.
2015: The future of Remembrance
This short film premiered at the Presentation of the European Holocaust Research Infrastructure on 26 March 2015 in Berlin. During this presentation the EHRI online portal was launched. The EHRI portal gives access to dispersed Holocaust sources and is a growing resource. At the time of the launch it already provided access to rich information about more than 1,800 Holocaust-related archival institutions in 51 countries, and to descriptions of tens of thousands of archival materials.
