Ewa Koźmińska-Frejlak

Ewa Koźmińska-Frejlak, PhD, sociologist, a research fellow at the Jewish Historical Institute in Warsaw. Author of articles and book chapters on Jewish life in Poland during and after the Holocaust; editor of several books, including Finkesztejn Family Correspondence (1939-1941), that has been published in English. She also coedited the collection of Hashomer Hatzair underground press printed in the Warsaw Ghetto (in print). Since 2014 she manages the Editorial Committee of Critical Re-edition of the Central Jewish Historical Commission’s in Poland Publications. Her book on assimilation practices of survivors as strategies of adaptation in Poland has just been published in Poland.
